Employee fears for loss of their jobs – headcount reductions
Allied technologies – loss of revenue after loyal and excellent service
Thoughts:
Whilst Johnson suggests making changes to all the key levers is necessary for success It appears more likely in this case that it is just changes in organisational structure and power structure that are required.
